Meet Ama: Check Your Order, Prices and MTN Numbers Any Time

What Ama can do
- Check your order: give her your payment reference and the phone number on the order, and she tells you its status. She needs both, so nobody can look up someone else's order.
- Look up prices: ask "How much is 10GB MTN?" and she answers from our live price list.
- Check an MTN number: she can tell you whether a number can receive data bundles from us before you buy.
- Report a problem: if something has gone wrong, she collects the details and opens a report for our team.
What Ama will never do
- Ama is an AI, and she will tell you so if you ask.
- She never asks for your Mobile Money PIN, card number or any one-time code — and nobody from FalaDataGH ever will.
- She cannot take payments, issue refunds or change an order; for those she passes you to our team.
