Who we are
FalaDataGH (faladatagh.com) is an independent digital retail platform operated from Ghana. We focus on making it straightforward to purchase mobile data bundles and airtime for the major Ghanaian networks. We are not a mobile network operator; MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo are separate companies and their names and logos belong to them.
What you can buy here

How ordering and delivery work
Most products are fulfilled electronically: after Paystack confirms payment, our systems attempt to place the order with our wholesale or API partners so data or airtime reaches the beneficiary number you entered. Network routing, congestion, or partner queues can occasionally delay delivery; when that happens, your payment reference and order record are what we use to trace and complete the order with support.
Before you pay, double-check the recipient number and network. Wrong numbers are one of the most common causes of failed or misdirected deliveries across the industry, and networks generally cannot reverse completed airtime or bundle transfers.
Pricing and transparency
Prices shown in the cart reflect the bundle or service you selected. Where we add a small processing or service fee, it is disclosed in checkout before you authorise payment so the total charged matches what you approve. We do not rely on hidden markups at the last step.
Support when something goes wrong
We maintain phone and WhatsApp contact options and email for support@faladatagh.com. When you reach out, include your Paystack reference and the beneficiary number so we can match your case quickly. We aim to resolve payment confirmation issues, delayed deliveries, and account access problems in line with our published terms.
Privacy and security
Checkout is handled through Paystack; we do not store your full card details on our servers. Our privacy policy explains what we collect (for example account and order data) and how we use it. We encourage strong passwords and keeping your login details private—especially for agent accounts that can place orders on behalf of customers.
